A new playground has just been inaugurated at Gubsøtoften, part of one of the fund’s direct real estate investments – Nordre Højmarksvej in Silkeborg. Developed in close collaboration between residents and local associations, the playground is intended to foster a stronger sense of community in the area. The project was made possible by a grant of DKK 275,000 from Silkeborg Municipality along with local co-financing, and now offers play areas for children of all ages – creating new opportunities for neighbourly interaction and outdoor activities in green surroundings.
